Definition & Scope –

The “Web Portal” refers to the website that serves as a main entry point for Users to get access to information on RACAP India (Organisation). The aim of the “Web Portal” is to give the “User” access to improve the communication between the “User” and the Organisation.


In order to use the services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information as may be prompted by the registration form(s).

Payment –

Racap India may charge the Non-refundable registration fees or other charges from the user. There is no cancellation option for the end user after payment is made Fact.

Confidentiality/Data Protection –

During the course of your use of the services, you may receive information relating to the organisation or to the info-data that is not known to the general public.


The “User” shall not sell, rent or alter any information/data retrieved from the “Web Portal”, whereas transfer, distribution, disclosure and copying are solely admitted for internal use by the “User.


The data provided by you may be required to be shared with relevant agency or department for the sake of promotion of Indian Industry and trade. You may receive Industry and trade information on your given contact details.

Intellectual property rights –

The “User” acknowledges having no right whatsoever with respect to any and all intellectual property rights used or embodied in or in connection with the “Web Portal”.


RACAP Foundation reserves all rights related to the “Web Portal”.


User may not issue any press release or public statement related to the services, use our name, trademark, logo in any way (including in promotional material) without our advance written permission.

Liability –

RACAP Foundation shall in no event be liable to the “User” for any direct or indirect, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages resulting from loss of profits or data arising out of the use or inability to use the “Web Portal”, the misuse of the password or of any other identification data.

Arbitration -

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws in force in India and area of jurisdiction will be Delhi only, if there is any.

Hyprlinks / linked sites –

This Portal may contain links to other websites (Linked Sites). Those links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices associated with Linked Sites.

Term and termination –

We may modify or suspend this agreement for any internal or external reason at any time by simply notifying to you.

Acceptance –

By Accepting these Terms and Conditions you agree to be bound by them without limitation or qualification.
